Shipping and freight policy

Shipping is estimated to take 2-7 business days, otherwise the customer is entitled to a refund. If you have not received your package within 2-7 days, please contact us by email or any social media so that we are informed that you are entitled to compensation.

Return and exchange policy

SigmaFit has a 14-day right of return. So if you want to return a product, you can only do so from the time you receive your product until 14 days have passed and the return right has expired. SigmaFit is not responsible for the payment of shipping when you return your product. When you return a product, the product must be in the same condition as it was when you received the product. We will notify the buyer to inform him/her if the application for return was approved. If the return application is approved, the buyer will get their money back in the same way they paid.

Damage and issue policy

Please inspect your product for damage, scratches and that it is the correct product that you have received. If there is damage to the product, the buyer is entitled to another cap as compensation. The buyer may also keep the damaged product. If the customer have not received the right product that they ordered they may keep the cap we sent them and the cap they originally ordered.
