1. About the Purchase Terms
 

1.1 These terms of purchase (the "Terms of Purchase") apply to all purchases you make from www.sigmafit.se (the "Website"). You accept the terms of purchase in connection with making a purchase on the Website.

2. How you contact us
 

2.1 If you have any questions about these terms or your order, please contact us. You can easily reach us through our contact form on the Website. You can also reach us by writing to us at:

3. Orders
 

3.1. In order to complete a purchase, you need to have the right to enter into an agreement according to the applicable law. This means that you need to be at least 16 years old to shop with direct payment for your own money or at least 18 years old to shop on credit. Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received your order. The order confirmation does not mean that a binding agreement has been entered into. A binding contract is only entered into when you receive the final delivery confirmation. Before you receive the final delivery confirmation, your order may be refused.

 

4. Products and product information

4.1. Products sold on the Website are posted by our associates. SigmaFit also requires that the products meet current requirements for, among other things, safety, health and environment and that the product does not infringe third party intellectual property rights (e.g. pirated copies) or otherwise violates applicable legislation.

 

4.2. All images on the Website that show the appearance of a product cannot be guaranteed to reflect the exact appearance of the product, for example because the monitor may affect the color reproduction.

 

5. Prices and information
 

5.1. When ordering, the prices stated on the Website apply. All prices include applicable VAT. Prices do not include any payment and shipping charges, which are listed separately.

 

5.2. If the price of or information about a product listed on the site is incorrect and you realized or should have realized this at the time of ordering, the price or information will not apply to the purchase. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible after we have discovered the error.

6. Payment
 

6.1. Together with our payment service provider Stripe (Stripe, Inc. ) we offer several different payment options. Depending on which payment option you choose, you will enter into a separate payment agreement with Stripe in connection with your purchase. Depending on which payment option you choose, additional costs may also be incurred.

 

We offer the following payment options:

 

Card payment: Card payment means that you make your payment using your bank card. Card payment is possible with Mastercard or Visa. Stripe's terms for payment can be found here.

7. Shipping and delivery
 

7.1. Sigmafit has its own warehouse, where we store products for future orders. Your order is sent 24 hours from our warehouse after you have ordered a product.

7.2. Delivery options

We have two different delivery options: 1) Normal postal shipment that delivers the package to the nearest postal agent. 2) Delivering to your front porch personally. This is only available in some postal code areas. (See them at checkout.)

7.3. Shipping cost

The shipping cost for Normal mail items is SEK 20, unless a lower shipping cost is specified in connection with the purchase.  

 

7.4. Delivery time

For Normal postal items, the product is delivered to you within 2 - 7 working days (excluding holidays Monday to Friday) either directly in your mailbox or to your nearest post office. The estimated delivery date is shown in your order confirmation and on the product description. The product description also states whether the products are delivered to a postal agent.

7.5. Packages not collected

You are responsible for receiving or picking up your delivery in accordance with what appears in the instructions you receive in connection with the order. Packages at post offices that are not picked up within the time stated on the avin will be returned to the our warehouse. In these cases, we have the right to charge an administrative cost of a maximum of SEK 69, which corresponds to our costs for handling and shipping in cases where you do not collect your package from the postman or if you do not receive your delivery in accordance with the instructions.

7.6. You need to enter any code or otherwise activate the current Offer before completing the purchase in order to take part in the Offer. If you return ordered products, it may mean that you no longer meet the conditions that apply to the Offer, which may mean that you need to return any gift or that you need to pay for the value of the gift. In such cases, we will contact you.

7.7. Otherwise, these Terms of Purchase also apply to the purchase of products covered by our Offers.

 

8. Right of withdrawal
 

8.1. You can return the product for a full refund within 14 days. According to EU consumer protection legislation, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a person acting on your behalf, receives the product.

8.3. Depreciation of used products

 

If you regret a purchase of a product that you have used more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and function, we are entitled to make a depreciation deduction before making your refund. Such a deduction is made through a comparison of the value of the product upon return compared to the original value upon purchase.

 

8.4. How to regret your purchase

If you want to cancel your purchase, you must notify us within 14 days from the day you, or a person on your behalf, receives or collects your order. You can easily complete your return by contacting us via our customer service page on the Website. You will unfortunately not receive a return slip to use when returning the product. You can also contact our customer service by writing to us at hej@sigmafit.se

If you have informed us that you want to cancel your purchase, you need to send the product back that you have received from us within 14 days. We recommend that you send the product back in the same packaging that you received it in because you are responsible for any damage or loss during the return shipping, if the damage or loss was caused by your negligence, for example when packaging the product.

8.5. Return shipping

 

You pay for the return shipping yourself when you cancel your purchase. The cost of return shipping is between SEK 38–160. For further information contact us at hej@sigmafit.se

 

8.6. Refund

 

When you have returned your purchase, we will, through our payment service provider, make your refund within 14 days from the day you notified us that you want to cancel your purchase. However, we will not make the refund until we have received the product back or until you have shown that you have sent it to us.
Refunds will be made to you using the same payment method you chose at the time of purchase, unless we agree otherwise.

 

8.7. SigmaFit will unfortunately not provide a return slip or arrange for return shipping to be arranged in another way.

9. Complaint
 

9.1. If there is an issue with your product, you have the right to complain about the faulty product in accordance with the consumer protection legislation in force in the country where you have your usual residence. In Sweden, you have the right to complain about original defects in the product that arise within three years from the delivery of the product (the liability period). You always need to make a complaint within a reasonable time from when you should have noticed the error. Your right to complain expires no later than two months after the three-year liability period has passed.

 

9.2. If you want to advertise a product, we recommend that you contact our customer service via our customer service page on the Website. You can also write to us at hej@sigmafit.se.

9.3. Once the complained product has been received and the complaint is valid under applicable consumer law, we will compensate you in accordance with applicable law. However, we have the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty as required by law. If the complaint is not valid, we have the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee that is a maximum of 10% of the product's price, which corresponds to our costs for examining the product and shipping costs.

 

10. Warranty
 

10.1. Due to law, every product should last for at least one year, which gives the customer a warranty of one year. Every product of SigmaFit's is expected to last longer than the warranty is guranteed. 

11. Our Obligations
 

11.1. If there is a fault with your product or if the delivery is delayed, we are liable for damages you suffer as a result of the fault or delay, according to current consumer protection legislation. However, we are only liable for damages to the extent that you have taken reasonable steps to limit your damages. We are therefore not responsible for damages that you could have avoided by taking reasonable measures.
 

11.2. We are not responsible for damages caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, e.g. war, strike, pandemic or natural disasters, which we could not reasonably foresee (Force Majeure). If we are prevented from fulfilling our obligations under the agreement or these Terms of Purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

 

12. About these Purchase Terms
 

12.1. We have the right to change these Terms of Purchase, but the Terms of Purchase that you accepted at the time of your purchase always apply to that purchase. All changes will be reflected in the latest published version of the Terms and Conditions on the Website. Changes come into effect from the moment you have accepted the Purchase Terms, that is, when you make a new purchase on the Website.

 

12.2. These Purchase Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with Swedish law. If any provision of these Terms of Purchase should be held invalid or unenforceable by any competent court, authority or alternative dispute resolution body, the remaining portions of that provision and all other provisions of these Terms of Purchase will remain valid and fully enforceable in accordance with applicable law.

 

12.3. You are always entitled to the applicable consumer rights in the country where you have your usual place of residence. Nothing in these Terms of Purchase shall be construed as limiting such rights.
